Come September You *Will Feel Stuck
the first day of Autumn has come and gone and we are locked
into the throws of another downspin into the slower tides of Nature's wiles
the equinox is here and the hour for the yearly repositioning of our perspective
for the cleansing of Being has swept upon us again...
Rejoice! the fresh and the new is clamoring for growth within us
(waiting for the spring of our dreams) roll the dice and see what the gamble of experiment
brings to your existence this time round! so get this ladies-- in general terms of the changing of the seasons (*at least as we observe them through the lens of our heart and emotions) it can be said that we are on an annual route as follows:
a ride of the natural highs of the hopeful return
of a New Year, leading us gleefully into -
>> the effervescence and glimmering romance of Springtime<<< ...which then, rather abruptly, leaves us at the entrance to the fire-y maturation (and of the fruit coming to its age)
of the Darling Days of Summer...
...where suddenly we exist in weeks of a soft
and wondrous suspension...
one in which like a goddess, you bounce float walk dance sway strut on endlessly buoyant rays of loving sunshine.
joys (or even at the least the subtle hint of may-be joys) rings forth smacking you cheekily, coy-like from all angles. no wrong it seems can come, none could be done,
much less thought of, until... ...that one evening in mid august--

--the intricacy of pearl as the glittering highly mysterious human skull...
"skull" shinji nakaba
...when a familiar whiff of something cold dry lifeless and without name creeps up your nostrils -
filling your perception with its foggy vagueness.
did you know men have dared to name this magical occurrence? in their desperate attempt to make the
Mystery mundane, clinical, and needing of "cure"...
the naming doesn't change the reality of the phenomenon but yes, doctors and psychologists somewhere have termed our mid year tumult, our times of mid year or mid-life dissapointment as: 'winter tiredness' 'seasonal depression' 'fall depression' or 'autumn anxiety' and in their studies they have identified the "symptons" of this state of being as:
*sadness *lack of interest in things *no desire to implement or complete activities
*no sleep or too much sleep *not able to concentrate *imbalanced fluctuations of weight *a missing of sexual desire
as you know this darker, colder time of our yearly travel through existence, referred to as autumn and winter -
is always a rather heavy experience.
what with the transitioning energies of nature and of the balancing flows of our own inner and outer worlds into the lower (less energized • slower), more contemplative and constricted/hibernated rhythms of being.... *this is the closest we come to death (outside of our sleeping hours) while being fully awake and alive in our world. ...an extremely potent time that many women go through based on the tilting of the earth and the rays of energy
that flow in - causing our massive seasonal changes,
and our own inner vibrations to massively respond in kind.
a natural occurence, that of our reflecting hormonal responses to the motions of an existence in constant flux.
and we being the clearer, less dense and softer
chalices of life, we are more susceptible
to the subtle and sensitive energies that pervade the universe...
we go through this time with a more complex understanding and awareness of it all - making it a rather trying experience (and hard/nearly impossible to convey to the other sex)
to say the least. considering what a challenge this time holds for us the the first things to remember are to - --keep hold of your patience --dive into self-compassion --relish in your ability to relax and --enjoy your glorious sense of humour! if you can mantain even for short periods
these levels of being, thought, and feeling - you will see yourself off to a resounding start
in working artfully with the influx of autumnal turnings.
now, you are sure to still feel stretched to the very limits of living - what with being caught between
this strong time of returns: a return to studies ..to work ..to the daily grind
of the buzz of the usual activities of fall time. and adding to all this your own inner emotional highs and lows, oh yes - those high pressures are sure to arise again and again.
but do refrain from your usual despair!
instead be sure not to miss out on the boon presented to you by lovely Mother Nature, found there riding on the back of your daily stresses and pressures.
yes, here you will find yourself at the very precipice
at the edge of --the point of transition. staring at the famed foot of the abyss and
into the subsequent depths of its unfathomable darkness
from where one is able to spread out lavishly and take to flight! (the only place in space and the perfect spot,
to make such a move...)

the tension grows and you bear it all the while wondering when it will break
and what will come from it all..? "untitled" azhaa
---so this very tension itself that pressure is a build up of necessary combustible energy for you to USE!
to steer your awareness into new routes,
in growing new roots, forming different habits and attitudes, and in making integrative actions! I
the time of (positive | conscious | harmonious) change
cannot occur when you are on the down motion of the wave feeling spent dejected half alive. the time for beautiful change comes as you are right up there riding the peaks of your everyday rollercoaster-ride of life.
while in the midst of all your activity --make the time to try anew, to create harmonious space -
to feel, to laugh, to jump, and be goofy. the autumnal sway of naturally returning to one's roots,
on realizing profoundly one's need of inner space, hibernating from the buzz of the outer,
and feeling more secure by turning inward... this time of nature's design fully backs and supports your need - guiding and fueling your expansion into bigger dimensions of depth and doing.
•the rhythm of Life is totally on your side• as it were and making use of the tides of these winter days is applauded and lauded by Nature! so this is the optimal time to create new seeds -
(much as Nature herself does at this time)
in utilizing, recharging, reframing, and renewing the old. no need to dismiss yourself to your cave somewhere in order to do this work. we are multifaceted,
born with much ability in the way of being able to balance a myriad of realms, energies, actions, and thoughts...
...there is much power in accepting the reality of the outer while experiencing with conscious joy and a bit of humour all the tumult of our rumbling insides. the key is to not deny your ongoing inner experience.
it longs for a space - for your attention, it must be given value, and would be rememembered fondly throughout all your precious lived moments.
your hopes dreams goals insights silent joys secret-secrets fantasies and frustrations work now for you,
within you as the fuel to build the foundations for the coming change of year... ...for the birthing of your spring just a few months away!
this is the intelligence behind the often cited cycle of life
or circle of nature. one season merging into another one action builds upon another, one thing leads to another...
we are constantly building creating refurbishing
breaking down and starting again...
so woman -- dare a little this autumn season!
fall back into the steady and comforting flow
of Nature's loving circle. for you will discover that in this stepping in harmonious time with the Dance of Life that your satisfaction and ease with and in your own life takes
root, blossoms, and fills you whole--
(again and again and again).
