i have always been attracted to it, its enticing range of amber to rust tones brings to mind +
heart so many lovely feelings of ::
liberation • ease • simple • luxury • warmth quiet pulsating joy • an earthy-ness that grounds
i am in possession of a lovely + very special
chunky solid formed ring of this enlivening stuff
featuring a large faceted surface and oblong 70s modernistic shaping
it is featured on my hand quite often through the days of my weeks
its mysterious solidness (not a heavy-ness) on my finger holds much wonder
and I truly enjoy the tone of burnt brick orange gracing my lovely deep brown skin
organic and marvelously otherworldly — all at once
scientifically classed as “a variety of chalcedony and a mineral of quartz... “
